FAQs Thank you for ordering with harvest & rowe, We can deliver personal meal-size, customized salads, soups and sandwiches as well as provide sandwich platters, salad bowls and soup tureens for larger groups. Here are some FAQs to get you started. How do I order? We just added an online ordering system that allows groups and individual to order online. Click here to check it out. It allows both the café menu items and the catering menu items to go into the same shopping cart! You can also fax an order to us at (415) 541-7778 or email the cafe manager at orders@harvestandrowe.com How much advance notice is required? For best service and availability, please provide 24 hours notice, For orders for over 50 people 48 hours is preferred. We often accommodate same day and last minute orders, so do call us if you find yourself in a pinch. How do I pay? You can pay by credit card online, credit card at the café upon pick up, or with cash at pick up. My company has an account that is paid monthly? Can I still use your online ordering? Yes you can. At the end of your order, you can choose to pay by "invoice". Your order confirmation doubles as your invoice and can be submitted to your Accounts Payable for monthly check payments. How do I set up a Corporate Account? Please email us at orders@harvestandrowe.com with your company name, address and contact information with fax. We are happy to fax you a W9 and put your company in our system for monthly billing. What is your minimum order for delivery? We don't have one! Our flat $20 delivery charge applies to orders of all sizes. So if that warm chocolate chip cookie is calling your name and you are chained to your desk, we will send someone out to take care of you. Where do you deliver? The general radius for deliveries is within walking distance from the cafe. We go as far as 1 51 Street to the East, VI Street to the West, Folsom Street to the South and Bush Street to the North. If your office is outside of our zone, we are happy to take a cab and pass through the fare. I have a special diet. What's in your food? We are specifically familiar with celiac and gluten intolerances and are happy to share our complete ingredient list. Most of our soups are gluten free by design and many are vegan. You are more than welcome to ask for any clarification and we will accommodate your requests and needs. What sandwiches and soups will you have for my group order? Please call us to inquire about specific soup and sandwich selections you will have for your next day order. With more notice, we can make more sandwiches than are available today We request a 5 sandwich per flavor minimum for special orders. |
